Jamie Coughlin

Academy Head PGA Golf Professional

England

Jamie has been with Topgolf Dubai since its opening in January 2021. Having worked in golf for seventeen years, he graduated from the PGA Training Programme in 2015, and brings years of teaching and club fitting experience to Topgolf Dubai.

Having reached a 0 handicap before turning professional, he still enjoys playing competitively and can be found playing in the local UAE PGA events.

Jamie's approach to teaching allows all abilities of golfers to find their natural swing. With an understanding of biomechanics, he gets players hitting good shots quicker and better than most. Making sure his students are having fun while learning allows them to be driven by the enjoyment of the game.

Wono Yoo

PGA Golf Professional

South Korea

Wono was born and raised in Korea. He speaks Korean and English, and started playing golf at the age of 19 after graduating from high school. He learned golf in the Philippines for about a year, then moved to the United States via Australia to complete the PGA Golf Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and received PGA of America membership in June 2021. 

After turning pro, he worked as a golf teaching pro at Jim Ager Golf Course for two years, where he provided over 1,000 lessons to beginners and advanced golfers, and operated over 120 junior golf camps. More recently, he served as Director of Golf at Lake Maloney Golf Club, where he was responsible for golf operations, player development, and club fitting. 

Wono aims to provide lessons that make learning golf fun and easy, and provide an effective learning experience through his past career. We offer a variety of options and programs, including private lessons, group lessons, clinics, and junior camps, to provide students with the right choice and an enjoyable learning environment.

Federica Biscuoli

PGA Golf Professional

Italy

Born and raised in Italy, Federica’s journey with golf began at the age of 11. With dedication and skill, she quickly progressed to become a scratch handicap player, competing in top amateur events across Italy. Her talent earned her a spot among the top 30 in the Italian Order of Merit, leading her to travel and compete internationally with the National Team.

While her love for the game was undeniable, Federica discovered an even greater passion, teaching. After completing her high school degree, she set her sights on South Africa, where she pursued the PGA training program. There, she gained valuable experience playing in Sunshine Ladies Tour events and Standard Bank Pro-Ams, all while refining her coaching skills at one of the country’s leading golf academies.

Beyond the golf course, Federica enjoys staying active, whether it’s in the gym or on the padel and tennis courts. But her true fulfillment comes from coaching golfers of all levels. Her adaptable approach ensures each lesson is tailored to the individual, making learning both effective and enjoyable. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, Federica is committed to helping you improve your game while having fun along the way.

Lucas Bickers

PGA Golf Professional

England

Lucas first picked up a golf club at the age of 13 and quickly fell in love with the game, inspired by watching Tiger Woods and the best players in the world. He joined his local club and progressed through the junior ranks, eventually captaining his county of Cambridgeshire in England at junior level.

He turned professional without hesitation and is now five years into his career as a PGA coach. During this time, he built a thriving junior academy of over 100 players, coached golfers of all ages and abilities, and developed a coaching style that blends training aids, simple techniques, and the use of CoachNow to mentor players and track their journey 24/7.

Lucas also plays competitively on the UAE PGA circuit and proudly holds the course record at his previous club. He is excited to bring his ideas, energy, and experience to the vibrant and growing golfing community of Dubai. His motto is simple: enjoy the game and enjoy the journey of improvement.
